07 1/2 cup red wine (optional)

13 Salt and black pepper to taste

14 Red pepper flakes

Step By Step Guide For Making Instant Pot Spaghetti Bolognese

Step 1: Sauté

Set Instant Pot to "Sauté" mode. Heat oil, sauté onion, garlic, carrot, and celery for 2-3 mins until soft.
