01  1 cup steel-cut oats (or rolled oats for quicker cooking)

02  3 cups water or milk (or a combination of both)

03 1-2 tablespoons sweetener (such as honey, maple syrup, or brown sugar)

04     1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

05       1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

06 A pinch of salt

Step 1:Set Up Instant Pot

Switch Instant Pot to "Sauté" mode, preferably on low to avoid sticking.

Step 2:Toast Oats (Optional)

Fill in some textIf desired, toast oats in Instant Pot for added flavor.

Step 3:Add Liquid & Sweetener

Fill in some text Pour water or milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.

Step 4:Pressure Cook

– Seal Instant Pot, set to "Manual" or "Pressure Cook" on low for 3-4 minutes.

Step 5:Natural  Release

Allow a natural pressure release for about 10 minutes.

Step 6:Serve & Customize

Open lid, serve hot, and customize with favorite toppings like fruits, nuts, seeds, or an extra drizzle of sweetener.
