01 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey for a leaner option)

02 1 large onion, chopped

03 2 cloves garlic, minced 

04 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed

05 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed

06 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes

07 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste

08 2 cups beef or vegetable broth 

09 2 tablespoons chili powder

10 1 tablespoon ground cumin

11 1 teaspoon paprika

12 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste for spice)

13 Salt and pepper to taste

14 Olive oil for sautéing 

Step  By Step Guide For Making Instant Pot Chili

Step 1:Sauté Onions & Garlic

In 'Sauté' mode, cook onions and garlic until translucent.

Step 2: Brown Meat

Add ground beef, cook until browned and crumbled.

Step 3: Seasoning

Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, and cayenne. Sauté briefly.

Step 4: Beans & Tomatoes

Mix in kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste.

Step 5 :Broth & Seasoning

Pour in broth, season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

Step 6 : Pressure Cook

Set to 'Manual' for 10 minutes on high pressure. 

Step 7: Natural Release

Step 8: Serve 

Allow natural pressure release for 10 mins, then release manually.
